If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason please email [email protected] advising of the issue and we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if possible.
To be eligible for a return, you must email [email protected] and not the school office.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is requested then this will be issued via paypal back to the paying account within 3 working days.
